We love our patients! If it’s your first visit to our clinic, we’ll begin your appointment with a tour of our facility. During our visit, we’ll ask questions about your past dental experiences and personal concerns, so that we can best ensure that your visits with us puts your needs first.
Your First Appointment
Most of our new patients either come to us about specific concerns or a standard new patient checkup. For initial consultations, we’ll take an X-ray or OPG and discuss the issue at hand. Typically, these shorter visits only take about 20-40 minutes.
If you’re due for a checkup, we’ll complete a more comprehensive examination and scale and clean. These appointments tend to run 50-60 minutes, depending on the circumstances.
To keep your smile healthy, we recommend routine checkups every six months.
Should you require any type of treatment, we will work out a treatment plan that takes into account your problems, your needs and your wishes. Our team is all about communication, so you will know what is happening and when, and what it will cost, well in advance.
New Patient Paperwork
To save time, we will send you a link via email or text, to enable you to fill in your new patient paperwork online. If you are not a tech whizz, we can post the forms to you to fill out the forms in the convenience of your home. If you prefer, we can also assist you to fill in the details on the iPad – just arrive 10 mins before your appointment if you wish to to complete the paperwork here in our clinic.
Insurance Accepted
Our clinic accepts health funds/ health insurance for all or patients – be sure to bring your card with you. We also bulk bill Medicare for kids of eligible families. All claims are processed straightaway via HICAPS. Any gap payments can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, EFTPOS or cash.
Complimentary Welcome Pack
All new patients will receive a welcome pack during their first checkup. This kit will contain all of the things you need to help maintain a healthy smile to get you off on the right start. All in a stylish canvas bag.

- Kids’ check up: for children not covered by private health insurance or Medicare CDBS, the cost is $99.
